The plug in for BF4 will not install for IE 11,I saw this but not to sure,it also says W8.1 users are having problems,or how can I go back to IE 10?Below is what I found:

this: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955064765537481872/ just adds the registry entries for the file. So essentially this is manually installing the plug-in. It could work.

 

But, in the article you link someone mentions they added batlelog to the list of intranet sites (thus lowering the security setings for it, quite probably allowing it to install where before it was being blocked due to too severe security constraints in IE11). That could work as well. 

 

I'd try adding battlelog to the local intranet zone first, manually installing the plugin through regedit second and then if they both fail, just grab firefox or Chrome since that's probably easier than rolling back the IE11 update.

Hope this ain't gonna happen to me when i install my new Radeon Card Johnny?...although i installed new plug in last night it should be ok i think, game was working ok for me after i installed it.

Duckyof Death I went back to IE 10 and going to try the plug in now.

I just use google chrome, runs better with it

Had the same issue, just reverted back to using Chrome.  No issues.
