Providing I pass the background check, which should be no problem since my last background check was for the ATFE, I will be working for support.com from home next week. Basicly I will be providing PC support from home for end users. These guys have the contracts for tech services for Staples, Office Depot, and Office Max among others. They also provide the PAID support for AVG users. I am really looking forward to this after being unemployed for so long. My only concern is about the working hours. Apparently you have to BID for your hours/schedule. They sure can keep me busy.... I was told during an interview that they were offering BONUSES to take overtime shifts! Really?? WOW.
