One spot always stays open, allowing XI members to connect, unless someone is connecting or downloading in that 33rd slot, it will be 33/33. When an XI member connects in that 33rd slot, it automatically redirects the last non-member to join the server, and goes back to 32/33. The way to avoid being redirected is to become an idiot like the rest of us If you can't download the files from the new mod server 69.9.170.61:28960, try connecting directly to it. If that doesn't help, go to your mods folder (it should be called mw2xi ) and delete any files already downloaded for the new mod, and try connecting again. Or try the XI Downloader.
