Just hover the mouse pointer over each country and see the data above. It looks like all the propaganda and high taxes are having an effect in the UK as, for beer-drinking at least, we are being out-supped by the USA, Canada and Australia. The world beer-drinking champions appear to be the Germans but that is hardly a surprise! 1.4 litres (the average volume of beer consumed in the UK per person per week) equates to under three 50cl bottles...
