I moved it into our general COD4 forum so you could see it. To make a long story short, I edit my config and use my backspace key to toggle recording on and off. Then I start Fraps and I play my demos in COD4 player. This way I get no drop in FPS and no lag as Fraps tends to do when record as you play.
