ShadowLady: that is awesome. Lots of talent on display there. And so.... would you mind taking a crack at something for me? I just threw my sig together cause it's hard to define my username via an image - and not be overly offensive. The monicker started out as a joke as "Sgt. Hairy Weezer" and I later smoothed it out a bit to "SgtHarryWeezer" and it kind of stuck. If that brings nothing to mind, about all I can add is that I'm an older fart (63,) a Vietnam vet (Air Force) and a journalist by trade. And if anyone else has ideas - thanks very much for taking any time.

Hey Dean: Thanks for this post. I know it's difficult to be this open but it helps to firm our resolve when we share our pain with others; and it helps others to better appreciate themselves and understand their own path through life. The hardest thing to do is to overcome and rebuild and you have done that. Keep the faith!!!

For many years my gaming name was Wizard. Don't remember the game but some idiot was complaining about foul language so just to piss him off, I left and came back in as Sgt. Hairy Penis. I never bothered to change it after that for this particular game when one day my granddaughter came into my 'puter room to watch me play, so I quickly "smoothed" it a bit to Sgt. Harry Weezer, and it just sort of stuck. Anyway, t?hat's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Kept getting kicked from various servers including our own. But otherwise, I'm not interested in four-person squads - there's no multiplayer option where you're just on your own in deathmatch. The pace is slower and the sounds suck compared to COD, and the weapons don't compare well. I'll give it some more time but not much more - all-in-all, a disappointment.

I'll be on it tonight. But fear not, I will play with one hand tied behind my back and one eye shut to give all you losers a shot at winning at least some of the maps.

But you need to understand that it's not your fault that you - and the rest of we Idiots - are continually sticking it in the wrong hole and engaging in other anti-social behaviors. Thanks guys. I hate shotties and I prefer to just leave the server rather than make a fuss about it. But may I raise another issue? I'm interested only in Deathmatch because I'm best at shooting anything that moves - part of the reason for that is a problem with color blindness where I have difficulty determining team members from opponents in Team Death Match. I just don't like TDM/ But I've noticed that more and more TDM maps are being added to the COD2 DM server. One day last week there were three in-a-row. So I left the server. As with shotties, if we have a lot of folks that prefer TDM in COD2, can we just set up a server for that? I'm not complaining here; when a TDM map comes up, I can leave and head over to COD4 DM. But if the server is intended to be a DM server, shouldn't it stay that way? Just tossing this out for discussion. Thanks... Thanks...
