Grrrrrrr Bark! Cool little munchkin. She looks like a smart one. You can usually tell by the eyes. They will stare at ya, eyes wide open and they don't get distracted easily. My brothers big 4 year old Shepard is the most mildly tempered dog that I've seen. Not the smartest but definitely mild tempered. She barks but only when she hears something she doesn't like. Like when someone knocks on the door she gives out a couple good deep barks and a little growl. Moms little runt of a dog tries to bite it and Bella completely ignores the little barky mofo. My niece climbs all over her and tries to ride her like a Horse. She is about as big as a damn horse. She has to be close to 150lbs lol

Power Supply or the CPU cooler. Both will cause that. 1 of the wires from the CPU cooler to the motherboard is the fan RPM Monitor (or water pump RPM monitor) If the motherboard sees no fan signal it will reboot as soon as windows starts to load. If the power supply has a bad or leaking capacitor it will turn on for a second or 2 then power back off. I recently had the power supply fail in my old Dell. 1 of the fan wires fell off and shorted out on the bottom of the case. Burnt out the 6v power rail inside the power supply. Computer still powered on but it wouldn't do anything. The Dell is dead untill I can dig up another cheap power supply for it. It's my spare PC so it doesn't matter when it gets fixed.

Try Plugging it into the back. My Ipod and phone and camera won't sync if I plug them into my front USB 3.0 ports. They will charge and I can see them in the device manager just can't access anything. I have 6 ports on the back, just a pain in the ass to reach around and plug stuff in.

Ya the damn thing won't run without a working Microphone plugged in. USB Mics are known to have problems with COD as well.
