And even I find it very suspicious that the data from one of mankinds most momentous events was supposedly chucked in a corner then destroyed, you and Hammer have a good point, no the wonder conspiracy theories abound. You have to seriously question why they say all the raw data has been destroyed or is missing haven't you? even I agree, why oh why would you not keep all records of an event such as this ? it beggars belief
I assumed the tapes below were passed on from Australia, they were auctioned at Sothebys, that is where the original feed came from

But the whole thing seems to be shrouded in mystery, cock ups and ineptitude, and I for one don't think NASA are totally efficient, but for an event like this which was the fulfillment of countless years and millions of dollars it is very very strange indeed, I may be joining you and Hammer in the closet.
The post with the astronaut are you telling me that we don't have the technology 50 years after the first landing to do it again, don't think so mate.
