  1. Kindred spirits my man! I only saw them once up in the Dayton, Ohio area where they're from probably that same tour.. 95-96ish. Was a good show from what I remember - they didn't go super encore mode on that show. That sounds awesome! Big fan of many genres of music, but I spent so much time in the 90's listening to alternative and indie music from an awesome college radio station out of Oxford, OH that went by the call signal WOXY, 97.X - "The future of rock n' roll..." which got a little notoriety from the movie Rain Man, partially filmed here in Cincy. Anyway, GBV was a staple on that station. Fond memories!
  2. In the same boat Yacc. I'm leaning towards a curved display with 165Hz: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B09JGKC3NY/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_dl_SYRYQ65V2Z4MFNF3A32D
  3. Was good to see everyone again. Appreciate the games spun up by Shady and Yacc. Cheers til next time.
  4. Who's everyone's favorite dictator? lol sorry, my mind went there!
  5. Been rewatching Mad Men as far as shows. Excellent writing and character development in the series. Movies I've watched lately... In a Lonely Place The Searchers Last Train From Gun Hill Get Carter Paris, Texas
  6. I may be an old soul from another generation and have a habit of listening to old radio shows in the car or while working. We have a retirement village in the Cincinnati area with their own radio station that I volunteer at from time to time. They also broadcast online and play a lot of old shows and music from yesteryear. WMKV - https://wmkvfm.org/ Started downloading a lot of the shows since they are public domain also: https://archive.org/details/oldtimeradio Here's a few sites that stream the shows, if you're into this sort of stuff: https://www.oldradioworld.com/ https://oldtime.radio/
  7. Will follow this thread. I am a noobie in this as well. We bought a '20 RAM 1500 awd last year and planning on buying a light travel trailer since both the Mrs and I work remote. Look for towing guides listed. I found this guide for your model and year: https://letstowthat.com/2013-2014-ford-150-towing-capacity/ 4x4 and a bigger engine will help, but check the stats for the GVWR and axle ratios. Here's the trailer we plan on purchasing due to the weight: https://www.kz-rv.com/products/escape-travel-trailers/E201BH.html
  8. I bought their Giza cotton one about 6 years ago and it is still comfortable. Also gifted the classic ones after the owner was hit by the cancel culture mob and people seem to love em. Comparable to some of Serta's higher end pillows, if not better from my experience.
  9. These types of threads always get urined with bad jokes and definitely not my cup of pee.
  10. I'd say that's a form of cheating and a complete waste of play time on their part. Hopefully just a one-off thing, otherwise glad you brought it to the forum and an admin can try to help next time. Just curious... who was the 'friend'?
  11. @MHsDaughter and you drop off when I join without a Howdy Do-ya? What are you from Illinois? You some sort of Bears fan? Ope!
  12. Nice. We have Pussy Creek here in Ohio, US. It's dried out... except when I visit...
