as i was telling the boys in DM3 I finally treated myself in january and bought a 20 year old porsche 911 996 targa. 57k miles full history. a month later i had to have the main engine seal replaced, ims bearing replaced, clutch and mass wheel, starter motor and new performance exhaust. a few pounds spent but all goes to add value to my baby and some of the jobs were for things that are known to go wrong.
the 3.6 flat 6 feels amazing and the handling is fantastic (in the dry)

First car I had was a '68 Ford Fairlane; bought a Hanes or Chilton & proceeded to tear down the engine to the cylinder head, to replace the gasket, nerding out along the way, happily absorbing all the wonderful explosion diagrams & specs of that & other systems as I worked my way through that wonderful beast.  LOVED LOVED LOVED  the room & comparative ease with which you could rebuild a vehicle, part-by-part & have the satisfaction of knowing that car - YOUR CAR- inside & out & that you did it.  Learning & proficiency was the true reward; even if getting a dependable ride to function acceptably without paying an arm & leg for it was your initial motivation.  And what you also quickly learn - even at the tender age of 16- is that there are a LOT of people...people whom you would initially be inclined to believe because of their age & smug proclamations....that are absolutely full of shit & only speak for self-aggrandizement...most often knowing they are feeding you garbage....which then soon translates - when applying that newfound lens of dubious consideration- to an initially bewildering discovery of just how many full-of-shit motherfuckers there are running around this rock with you every day...but I digress...hope you're having fun with the renovation!

lol.  Those plugs are completely burnt away.  The base electrode has lost about 16th of an inch and the top arm is about half the original thickness.  This makes for really weak inconsistent spark which in turn causes incomplete combustion and carbon deposits.  The gap on these was more than 4x spec (.044).  Other than the fuel and carbon deposits, these are typical for a motor not run for 8 yrs followed by repeated turning over without actually starting.  There is no oil deposit on those plugs, nor is there any blue smoke or blowby.  Just carbon. 
@MtDeW Find any other engine with OG 1989 plugs and you'll see the same.  Pick your brand.  lol.
And ya ... these are from a 460 (7.5L) gasser.  It's a man size engine.  You wouldn't know anything about that Crunch.

This puts me at a '72 Gibson SG Deluxe... a '92 Gibson SG Special, a 2011 '61 reissue Gibson SG in tv yellow (1 of only 100 made).... a 2018 Gibson Les Paul double cut in TV yellow.... a custom Walking Dead guitar (1 of only 200 made) a Yamaha acoustic and now a Taylor acoustic... quite a nest egg of guitars building

Today was my last day at the company I had worked for for almost 7 years. It was my first job and an amazing place to work but today I start a new adventure. I will be pursuing my dream and will be full time with my photography business! I have been doing photography for almost 10 years and professionally for almost 5 specializing in weddings, senior portraits, and family photos but haven't had the ability to put the time and effort into it that I have been wanting to for so long. I am so excited and eager to get started but for the now I am taking a little time for myself, which means I'll be on here kicking ass more often .   Here's to change, fresh starts, and following your dreams. ❤️

It ripped through a nursing home & an Amazon facility before devastating Mayfield, Ky & striking a candle factory.  Still had a huge radar signature as it bore down on my location, passing overhead.

i cant see how the prosecution wont be charged. i mean they wont, but after listening to a few lawyers describe the law around ''malicious prosecution'' ...

... its very clear that on multiple occasions the prosecution didnt just lie and misslead the jury and the courts, literally explained laws incorrectly to the jury in order to get them to judge guilty based on false laws, didnt just go againt court orders around presenting info in front of the jury... that would all be bad enough..
but they actually withheld evidence untill day 4 of the trial (btw thats serious enough) but when they finally gave the evidence to thye defense, they kept the high res video secret and gave the defense a terrible low resolution copy that was so low it wasnt even clear what was going on and that evidence was a key part of the prosecution... its tampering with evidence.
 
they (the prosecution) also knew before the trial that in wisconsin a 17 year old IS ALLOWED to have an ''unmodified'' long barrel rifle ... but they charged him with it anyways...
 
they wont be charged, but boy oh boy they broke several key laws, broke kyles right to stay silent untill the trial and tried to suggest he was somehow sinister for doing so (ethical violation) ... and the tampering of evidence and with holding evidence and bringing charges they knew before the trial to be bogus and not even an illegal act (as is the case with kyle being 17 and having a unmodified long barrel rifle) its ground for malicious prosecution...
 
i know its a meme to ''jail binger''  - but the reason its a meme is because he didnt just break 1 law.. he broke many! serious laws..
 
i mean he should be disbarred in wisconsin at least, if not disbarred totally.
