Can the mod that Sammy worked on be put back up for awhile?
When the old mod was put back on there was talk about switching them back and forth every 6 months or so.
There was some great features like the rocket gun, trophy system, two emp mines, and way better care packages.
Not to mention the perk that let people steal your care packages from off you.

Typically that's how it works especially if you refuse to follow server rules. We keep detailed records of all warnings,kicks,temp bans and bans. You have acquired quite the lengthy list in COD5 in the last few years. Verbal abuse and harassment on multiple occasions, Glitching multiple times, Multiple warnings, kicks and Temp Bans for Spawn camping in a server that does not allow spawn camping.
If you appeal your COD5 ban and get it lifted, I will lift this ban as well.

some cod ppl posted these....sometimes with an older map to a newer mod
This means basically exactly what it says. Too many xmodel assets
this error cannot be 'solved', there are maps that cannot be run. This is a problem with all large mods and the only 'solution' is to not play on that map with the mod.
UPDATE FIX:
in commandline server startup put this command: +set r_xassetnum "xmodel=1200"
Work without any problem.
some ppl will get this error and some will not,,!!

i would try to delete and reconnect so it redownloads

look for the folder of the map and delete it

I got it working! This is the first time its worked and i never really knew this game had voice chat natively. lol
Anyways, I think the root of the issue is whatever mic fix I had to do to a long time ago to get cod4 multiplayer to not crash on initial install. Jogged my memory when the new install of cod4 immediately crashes on multiplayer.
my audio is realtek, so I guess that's a common problem. I re-installed cod4 and followed the advice here of disabling front 3.5mm detection for realtek and I've got working voice chat:
