Forgot to add, the advanced car has +%50 armor. So no I am not going to take it out. Luck of the draw with percentages means you might be a car. Or you might get a tac nuke. More likely the car. So you tell me. Take the standard car. Add +%30 explosive damage and +%30 range. +%50 armor. Immune to jamming. Considering the normal car requires three kills, how many kills should be required to get this one?

Cars have the highest probability. They are upgraded cars btw. Bigger explosive punch. Immune to jamming.

Yup it is always good to back up the entire folder with the installed games. From what I understand how it works... since there is no reinstall like Steam... is to start the download of the particular program after reinstalling Origin. Then after a short while to get it started stop the download. Quit Origin. Replace the game files from the backup and start Origin again. Restart the download and Origin should then re-verify all the files there and accept them. Never actually tried that myself but that seems to be a common solution I see around to back things up. Unless Origin fixed that so its like Steam.

Ok strange. I saw one this afternoon when I was specing and it worked normally. Unless something unusual killed its timer in that instance. On the check list.

There are a few small code issues popping up. The kind of things that usually dont show up except in large scale play on an open server when people do the unexpected. Or sometimes things that are downright silly. But nothing major that cant be easily fixed.

If this is true it will be welcome. I might even buy the game after Christmas depending on how it works out. But they left themselves a big 'out'. More likely it will be like in BO where they promised the same kind of thing for months. Eventually they allowed limited modding, compared to cod4 and 5, but no custom maps. Much of that was due to their desire for anti-piracy and anti-cheat controls in addition to the 'gaming experience' thing. Everyone in the modding community saw no point in even bothering without both mapping tools and private servers. Last time I made the mistake of pre-ordering BO without actually seeing any kind of modding package. I wont do that again. Not that I would do it. Spent enough time modding as it is and prefer to move into UE4 or something else and make something I might be able to sell.

Dont know Green Day. Never listened to Adam Ant or the Black Eyed Peas. But I never had any interest to. But to the list I would add most disco music. "Kung Fu Fighting"? Disco "Star Wars"?. Seriously?

You would likely need to do that anyways for any games requiring win10. They are coming.

Did some checking around and its not so simple but possible. Might require a specific build of wine. You also have to point it to some directx dlls or some such. A quick google shows a lot of pages that have information on how to do it. Punkbuster might be an issue since the XI servers use it. Truthfully, you might be better off doing a dual boot and having one small Windows partition to use only for games. In the long run much less of a headache. By server, I mean if you want to run your own cod4 server for everyone to play on. You run the server. Install the maps. The mods. But, it is not a listen server like in MW2/3/others. So it is not a client for you to play. Just a command line window. Many game server providers use it tho windows is better to avoid certain Linux limitations regarding bigger or more complex maps. For this kind of thing you dont need wine.
