sounds if DX issue Note install all game and patches by right click the EXE and select run as ADMIN once all done then right click CoDWaWmp.EXE in folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaWmp.exe" then select compatibility mode, try Run compat mode question this new PC with win 10 or win 11 OS with a TPM installed
