The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term.

The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well :


Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat) ?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.

One student, however, wrote the following:

First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving.

As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there are these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.

Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.

This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.

2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

So which is it?

If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over.

The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct....leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

after my mother passed    i beleive she visited me for a plaque she gave me was up on top of a door frame with others.  the night of funeral it had fallen to the floor, the rest didn't move, with Viprz can a test that is correct about fear for would hear my closet door open and close during the night and asked mom not to clean my room any more an look over my nieces for they need the help cos my sister married a psycho maniac.

I forget the name of the map but players (including myself) would sit at end of long hallway and shoot through like 10 stone walls with machine gun and deep impact and take out everyone to come down hallway.  It can be easily abused.
And yes we all know bullets can pass through wood and plaster, but c'mon 10 stone walls?  And only with deep impact on.

I was being facetious...

I think time for better game play for  those people that use  deep impact or what ever perk allows them to shoot through things while just staying in one spot most of the map. this action is killing the game play, those perks are made for playing with A.I.  campaign, multi-player takes away the hunting tactic as a butt nade does. 
EG. I don't see CrazyGirl at all  just her death from 2016 video, where is the skill to blindly shoot and hit CrazyGirl @ the back of wall cabinet  

Deep impact is nothing compared to a player running around the maps UNDETECTED not making a sound with Dead Silence. Deep impact is somewhat realistic, running around like with all that equipment on and gear on all different terrains not making noise...... Now that needs to be Disabled. hahahaha

Hey everyone I have been putting off and hoping for another miracle...I have received some very bad news from my daughter Jessica a month or so back and well just did not want to share with everyone for the time being...Today Jessica turned 34 and we do not know if she will make 35 as she has been diagnosed with end stage congestive heart disease and has a very low ejection rate (was as low as 16%)...She has shown some improvement in that area with meds (36%)...She was sent home with a lifevest heart defibrillator for now and still hoping she can get some more strength back in her heart...
She had this underlying and had failed to be diagnosed at another hospital for at least 2 yrs (multi stays)...They kept treating her for anxiety and oddly she went to a different hospital for the first time and they caught it straight away...The hardest thing ever was telling her she would not die from this but she is at peace and knows in her heart it is Gods will not Ours...With covid I dare not travel to be around her and that is tearing me up more then her...
The plus for her is she has never smoked,drank or partied and her lungs seem good so she could be a good candidate for a transplant if they can get her on the list...I am not a kind of person who shows stress or worry but deep down im scared to death...God has been more then Gracious to me and my family with more miracles then I can count on both hands and im just going to ask if you are a believer and you pray Please pray for her and her care takers and her family and keep them in your thoughts...

yesterday after MS up (messed) date , running W10.  today went to play, everything worked fine till connection just sat looking for server then timed out 10 sec.  i went in to windows " Allow an App through windows Firewall " , found had 5 of them  deleted ones not using/wrong location and made Pvt one 
 
that fixed the issue of not connecting.   So just check your Firewall  allow    

learned after that the server was restarted  fixing the connection  not what i did   lol 

Maybe PM him first before site DRAMA? We have enough of that already maybe try to settle in a huddle before involving the whole team.
