Sonovabich I don't want the maps made smaller i like them the way they are..big. A new server would be ok but please leave the 2 we already have alone. That's the whole point, the present ones would stay the same for those who like BIG maps with VEHICLES. To add another server, means a variation, as the present 2 aren't always full. You may find the new one with smaller maps, infantry only as TDM and SDM rotation, could be more popular.

X-RayXI People can practice better! with lesser slots + Vehicles. Absolutely... An example of the size for the 16 man maps is Metro, where you have access to all the outside area, and leading up to the first ticket barriers within the metro. I only play our present servers if they are half full, otherwise I go elsewhere.

Sonovabich With vehicles and all weapons please it is BF3, the maps are too big for just infantry, if i wanted a cod game i would have bought MW3 No they aren't. When you create a 16 or 24 man server the maps are reduced in size, go try one out. Please, please, please be infantry only, and a mix of TDM and SDM. All Maps. 16 man servers are awesome fun. That is the great thing about BF3 it is COD fixed and better. Even better still is you CAN choose to have vehicles. Please infantry only. You already have 2 (yes that is two!!!) vehicle servers. Try out one of the 16 man servers in my favourites. You will see that the maps are smaller.

I could talk you through a recommended host at about $6/month, and would be able to install it for you, showing you how to do it. When it comes to the finance part, I'm no help at all, so you I could leave you to that part, to set up the parameters, etc. Do a search and as long as it is for php and MySQL, hit me up. I think it's very good value for money. That will keep you ticking over for a good number of years. To answer your question, yes you could build one cheaper and better, but the time spent looking for the sales, and buidling it, I would say go for this.

Some cloning software can be very picky about cloning to a hard drive of different size, though I don't know in your case as I've not used that program. You also didn't mention if you are are running 64bit OS. If so, it can have issues reproducing the paths for icons to 32bit programs. Possibly due to the varibles path of OS. So it could be trying to locate the .ico file with C:\program files\etc, whereas naturally your 32bit programs .ico files will be in c:\program files(x86)\etc. Easiest way to sort this is right click your shortcuts on your desktop, then choose properties. Then click change icon. Then you will probably get an error message that it can't find it in %program files% etc, so click browse. Browse to the correct location of the .exe add you should see an .ico file in the same location. Choose that, and bingo your done. Sometimes programs don'y have a separate .ico file, so choose the .exe instead, which should work on those occasions. Hope this helps
