Load up Safe Mode while starting to boot (press F8 all the time to get that menu) Not much brands are allowing you to use the "Administrator" account. And you don't see the Administrator account on the login screen, but if you hit CTRL ALT DEL twice quickly, you might can use the login menu and to be lucky that the Administrator account doesn't have a password when you click on it. If you are in, go to user accounts (not by control panel! by by Right click MyComputer and use 'control') and right click account that you were using and change it. Awards

I warned her many times but she knew better than me. and now she must have some moron reload windows as she screwed it up. so thank you all for your hard work and effort I do appreciate it even though the stupid person will never again get to experience how smart our group of idiots really are. but I promise i will have other issues creep up. actually since I am thinking about it. my friend just got cod2 loaded up he has win 7 ultimate and a g500 mouse (same as me) but in the controls screen when I try to assign the side, back and forward buttons, they both show up at the alt button. on my system they show up at button 4 and 5 respectivally. we have the same setpoint software same versions. but his will not show up correctly. any ideas? What I do is charge double and tell them a 5 minute fix now takes an hour or more. One boot with the UBCD for windows and you could have reset the password. I don't know why people always think their neighbors are qualified computer techs.
