According to the report on Tom's Hardware, accepting the EULA authorises a sweep of ones PC and disclosure of data to third parties. Whilst I am no pirate, I don't like governments spying on the general population let alone software companies! Unless they mend this, I shan't be touching future EA releases sch as BF3! http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Origin-EULA-PC-Gaming-Glorified-Spyware-DRM,13285.html#xtor=998 Awards

Im not sure how true it is, but i read that when you put Spore on your computer, something got attached that would allow you to play ONLY EA games or something to that effect. Rather insidious if you ask me. Awards

They might change the EULA terms or something. It might be a little overblown too, as EA's EULAs were pretty much the same for the last few years... WAIT AND SEE....EA knows they have a controversy on their hands with that crap. Let's see how they handle it. I know they're big and don't give a flying jeez about the little guys, but they already changed the EULA a little bit...in fact, not much changed, but that means they're aware... Awards
