I used to make my own, but this one is so good, I have no need to mix it myself anymore. I use this on everything. Even sprinkle it on my sandwiches. It is EXCELLENT on charcoal smoked ribs, and ribeye's. And it's made here locally too, only about a 30 minute drive. http://whatsthisseasoning.com/ There is a full line of stuff, I prefer the original and the cajun, and the cinnamon sweets. He is working on a cajun/bbq fish meal that's gonna be great.

I prefer flavor over heat, but I am willing to try new sauces. I'll look next time we go to the store, we have about 5 grocery stores here, maybe one of them will have one of them.
