In any sport you are going to get tripped, kicked or so on and that is part of it, but you never grab a girl by the hair and attempt to beat her down during the game. That is way wrong. In basketball I was knocked on my ass many times by other girls, but I also did the same. It is a game and we all shook hands afterwards and went on. My point to this whole thing is anyone that goes that far because of something like that has other issues. It does not matter what race they are actions like that come from other issues. She may have been thinking the ball was her boyfriends head for all we know and when she fell the girl beside her was the reason they broke up! Who knows. The black girl got what she deserved with assault charges, and hopefully kicked off team, because nobody wants someone on their team that will make the team look bad or the school look bad by their personal actions on the field!!
