The guy has passed every test given him thats everytest ! So now he throws in the towel and say's he's tiered of having to defend himself from a witch hunt and everybody now says that he has admited guilt because of that. What ever happened to the great american statement innocent untill proven guilty ?? He said she said and I say a strange man sell drugs on the same block Lance was on so he must soka da weed too. Really your american law sysyem a little fucked up. I know I'm going to get blasted for that but in my defence did not some lady get over 1 hundred million dollars for spilling a hot coffee on her lap and proving it was MacDonalds fault. Screwed up is right. Awards

He is merely saying he is not going to fight the USADA in court anymore. So the USADA - who can ban him and strip him of his titles without any due process and without proving their case, will "win." In it's history only one athlete has ever successfully defended themselves against the USADA. Their process is bullshit and it is in fact a witch hunt against Armstrong. The "evidence" they have is all witness testimony - mostly from former U.S. Postal riders, many of whom have already been caught cheating (Landis, etc.). So who knows what sorts of deals these folks worked out with the USADA to rat out Armstrong? Say what you want about the guy, but his foundation has raised $500 million for cancer research. It's sad, unfortunately, that in professional cycling there isn't a level playing field. The list of TdF winners who have been caught or admitted doping is very, very long, dating back at least until 1975 when steroids were popular. The wiki page on Doping at the TdF is astounding. Check out the top then finishers in each TdF since 1998 and the allegations or evidence of doping: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doping_at_the_Tour_de_France About half-way down the page. Pro-cycling is all about cheating IMHO. It would seem almost impossible for Armstrong to have beat all these cheaters 7 times in a row without cheating himself. But the fact remains - no one has actually proven it beyond a reasonable doubt in my eyes. Awards

They have no jurisdiction over the Tour de France, no physical evidence and won't say who their "witnesses" are. Yup he's guilty alright, not failing all those drug tests is apparently inconsequential. Until they can produce some solid evidence Armstrong must be considered innocent, like it or not.
