Appeal details: I was banned from XI permanently for saying Gomez was hacking. many were saying BS he and I got into it ... I was then banned permanently? I have played XI for several years. this is extreme ... I don't know why I was kicked let alone banned. I see far worse texted every day in XI. I am a close friend to Angel and have never had a problem in your servers before this seems extreme. When I questioned him he insulted me and the fight began, if this is how you choose to run your server fine ... but I don't think it is warranted. I don't think an insult to what I said was the most mature response from Gomez. Maybe I didn't have to say the things I said after that but I see XI members berate each other every day constantly and nothing is ever said.I play with pitbullpete reo and many members and never have a problem, let me know your decision and thank you

i would like to say that you been round long enough to know that
personal attacks arent allowed /or disrespect of xi members or other reg
players as well....so try to keep that in mind....its one thing to be
joking but to be arguing and attacking each other needs to stay out of
the game ..if you had problem with player member or not you shoulda
brought it to the forums....just fyi...

 

and we also
cant be letting ppl go round in game constantly accusing them of hacking
without proof...it just causes more problems than solution imo....as
seems to be the case here...see where im getting at?...

Ok well I was there when this happened.  It had been a rough evening already and honestly I think things just got taken wrong.  I know Braz, hes usually one of the quietest players u will come across and one of the calmest players u will come across.  He doesnt go around accusing or anything like that.  Hes a very good outstanding member over on his clan, the fellas think alot of him.  So thats why I say this is just things got heated between 2 fellas on both sides and things should be done with a warning.  Both were guilty of fueling each other, one gets the other and the other gets at the one.   It happens.  We have all done it and seen it before...let em fuss it out and move on.  

On that note, on a daily basis on our servers, we get each other shit, hell, bullshit, w/e...Its how it is.  I know just the other night, a member said some awful bad things about me but you know I can handle myself and I did and people are used to that.   But I dont think we should punish someone who has never caused a problem on our servers in many years or for doing what we members do often on a daily basis.  I say both sides need to just part ways, call a truce and a another chance be given.  Things happen in the moment of a fuss but I dont think its nothing that shouldnt be given another chance.

braz, your appeal shows no remorse, no acknowledgment that you were in the wrong. In fact, the title of your 'appeal' is 'Banned for bad reason'. Do you actually believe that you have done nothing wrong? We have two main rules here, no racism and no personal attacks. Players make fun jabs at each other all the time, what you did has nothing to do with tossing fun jabs whatsoever.

 

This is the chat log from the incident. I believe the chat between Angel and Gomez is typical server jabs and such, although I'm a little uncomfortable with an XI member continually making vague 'inferences' of hacking against another member AND THIS NEEDS TO STOP, but braz takes it to another level. braz was not attacked, nor pushed at all. He attacked Gomez repeatedly, and then blew up when Gomez finally gave him a bit of shit back. In my opinion, Gomez controlled himself much more than I would have in the same situation.

You say you see XI members go at it like this all the time. I will say two things; one - you are not a member, and two - I have NEVER seen an XI member spew this type of garbage at another member, EVER. If they did, they would have to answer for it.  You have shown no acknowledgement of breaking our rules, no remorse for attacking an XI member in the server chat, and no apology for accusing an XI member of hacking with no proof whatsoever in OUR server. 

 

The ban will not be lifted.

Actually the first part of the convo..was a guy lots of us were suspecting could be using something.   the name started with an N i think.  I didnt say anything to gomez till the fk off gomez when I shot him in the head and nothing happened...I was having some connection probs and my bullets were not connecting...I am guessing he took me seriously and started the "crying" bs.  But I really didnt say much to gomez, the bullshit and bulletproof was in reference to the other dude.  I would have to see the name again to recognize it.  He had a clan tag in front of it and then the name started with an N...

I just dont think this was really a fair decision but guess thats why Im just a member.  Good job!
