If its a map with heavy destruction there is supposed to be lots of debris. However if its really small stuff... like the teddy bear in stock maps... then its small enough that it shouldnt stop anyone.

Yea sadly the tools released do not allow us to change anything in a map unless we have the root files. Even worse its not the clutter that grabs you its the poor job people do clipping them so you can't hide in them. Always rushing never testing

Never tried that. But I think the game wont be able to open them. If your goal is to prevent them from being altered you can add MIP protection to it. If hashtags fail, or maybe its number of bytes in the file, then the map wont run. Often used so things like clan logos cannot be removed. My guess is that if this were possible mappers and modders would all be doing it.

Am I wrong or am I right? Most all maps made for COD4 are using basic objects made from math! From what I can gather in the digital world math has not been developed to the point of making things where, when I as a player run into it, I don't just simply bounce off of it. There are certain things where I have noticed where this is not true. Like cylindrical stair cases and long lanes with long flowing lines where the clipping and stuff is so much easier. I am always hung up on things in a map that has crap all over the place where there is way to much junk laying around and I simply cannot get thro it. Yet I will see someone else go thro it like butter, why is that?  I DO NOT know anything about maps so I like BJ am dumber than dumb and stupider than a pig in a glass bowl! Please enlighten us just a little so we can understand the prime basic principles of the map!

yeah you are right, "I THINK" the things with most maps are that are full of stuff, the mapper is clipping it but is allowing it to protrude past where it needs to be.

Any of the clips you cannot see while in game and some times even I get stuck on a wall or a corner of a wall, a doorway or a window even.

It is hard to say why you get stuck in a spot where it seems like you should not, you can't see the clips if any or a caulk brush that was never textured <--- it becomes

clear and you can see right through it.

Another thing is they can always change the iwi from the image folder but if you add your name or a clan tag using a brush they can never alter that.
