If you notice all the buses have collision scrapes down the sides...every car has a metal bumper front and rear. 89 percent of the population is Islam. Average income is about 2000 a year. Operating room are fifthly, no sanitization at all. Two weeks after getting home I received a email saying rats had gotten into the equipment and chewed up a bunch of wiring including the laser optic cable...this is Operating room equipment... JN

They need to be coming to the US for instructions on how to use and install the equipment. An old friend of mine was sent to Pakistan years ago to install some new printing equipment. On the way to the job from the airport the cab driver told him to lay down because locals would try to kidnap him in the part of the city they were going into.
