Hey @@TheLastColdBeer, I'm surprised you didn't mention "The Hill", considering your avatar.

 

It's an excellent guy flick and put Sean Connery on the map. One of my friends grandfather was the Medical Officer (Michael Redgrave).

Think Sean Connery was already on the map m8, he had made 4 Bond films by 1965, but the Hill is a great movie, unfortunately it is British so it probably won't be very well known, i think the LastColdBeer will know about it he is very knowledgeable about British  war movies.

Mustang! The only car in that movie was a black 68 Charger RT. Bud Ekins had to leave off the throttle otherwise that poor little Ford would have only seen mopar tailights fading away. :lol:

Yeah SOB, think Connery said he wanted to do something different, before he was typecast as 007 forever. The original Italian Job is a hoot w/Benny Hill. "Big, I likes em' big y'see. Big!" Love the title song too.
