Infrared scans could detect proper interior temps for rare/medium/done, temp sensors and timers would produce the perfect steak every time....look at Burger King, they have some toss a raw burger on a chain conveyor that carries the meat over the flame for a preset time...and what comes out...a cooked burger. jn

(and also that it would drive down cost of food) The article was correct in that although it will reduce jobs in one sector... it will open up new types of jobs somewhere else. Robots will never be creative, imaginative, inventive, (truly) artistic, or even learn on the level that humans can. In any job where you use your brain, you're "safe" from the robot invasion.
