Wow, this update has been going for almost an hour and has restarted my pic several times already! I started the downloads last night but they started again this morning.

I so far like win 10. It's on a new build from 4 months ago.

It also backed up all my files and has now told me all my files are exactly where I left them?

Hmmm

I guess one advantage of running Win 7 SP1 and zero updates... I never have to update. :)

All them updates.... for what? And it will continue to update and it will continue to change.... just like everyone's smart phones. You have the most unsecure PC in the world if you run Win10. You gave all your rights to privacy away by installing it.

I'm reminded daily and now have 6 days to install for free. So is it worth it? System runs better, worse? Please let me know, as I'm still undecided. I read something about ASUS, which I have, about a Windows 7 update that will mess up your video and no recovery! I have auto update turned off, just in case.

I actually found my system to run smoother with Windows 10.  All my games run a little better and I get better FPS

Personally,I will never install it for many reasons including the ones mentioned by @@hxtr. I would rather not be a beta kid for Microsoft's free research program. Dem bitches should be paying you to use win 10. Windows 10 basically takes all of your most vital and private info and sells it to Google. Then third party's buy that from them. Then at some point, poof!! Certain people get life hacked.

Win10 is the best OS Microsoft has produced. It installed flawlessly on three home computers and dozens where I work. It is best positioned of any Microsoft OS to protect your system; absolutely stable. I thought there at least might be issues with COD2 but nope, everything works, nothing is lost. Staying with an earlier OS only increases your risk of hack or virus. Make the switch. You'll be glad you did.

Whey are my customers calling me to come remove Win 10 if it is so good?

The best OS ever???..... put the crack pipe down. Widnows XP was the best OS MS ever released. Win 7 was second best. 10 is a marking tool for Microsoft.

You did hear Steam is going to stop working at some point on 10 did you not. Why is that... maybe Steam is competition?

XP had/has all manner of issues. You've just forgotten them, i.e., Windows XP was criticized for its vulnerabilities due to buffer overflows and its susceptibility to malware such asvirusestrojan horses, and worms.Users by default received an administrator account that provided unrestricted access to the underpinnings of the system. If the administrator's account was compromised, there was no limit to the control that can be asserted over the PC. Windows XP Home Edition also lacked the ability to administer security policies and denied access to the Local Users and Groups utility.

For there to be a solution, there must be a problem. Many who were in association with Windows were the creators for copious amounts of viruses. This led on the the the horizon of dozens of company's designing anti-spyware and anti viruses. If you pay attention to what's being done now, you then will understand why Windows 10 SEEMS so air tight. But HEY, if you like Windows 10,shit you might as well own a Mac
