so while i was having a casual talk with my friends i got banned for saying the following words, Faggot shitters, this was not meant to offend anyone, we just wanted to know how everyone said fidget spinner in their own way, since this is a perma ban and not a mute im very confused right now, i havent got a warning from a staff member for this before either, if possible i'd like to speak to the one who banned me and explain why and other stuff.

I banned you according to our policy of zero tolerance for language like that. There is no warning and there wont be. and i have heard youve said things liek this before but i was not able to see for myself untill now.

that might be my girlfriend since we both use the account for the server, and if possible, could you unban me and just perm mute me for general chat?

or atleast lower my ban to a week or a day since i and other think its pretty harsh to permban someone for only saying the word "Faggot" which wasnt even meant to hurt or damage others
