Whats for Dinner??

We all face the question every so often "whats for dinner".

I enjoy cooking myself so have started this topic for ideas for everyone.

So please let us know what you making, Might just make that "whats for dinner" question 

a lil easier and some new ideas.

Ill start.

Tonight cut up pork chops, mixed with veggies and mayo rolled in pancakes.

Added a little more sugar to the pancake  mix for a sweet meal.

@Timmah! Thanks man! looking into it now. Also i think i just might be hungry, Cant stop thinking about food. Or maybe it is because we're going into winter now.

The lasagna Looks good!! Think ill do that on Wednesday, Tomorrow night im doing a curry.

Tacos tonight! We don't but the store bought shells or taco seasoning,  we fry our corn tortillas and use our own seasonings,  chop up onions, jalapenos,  tomatoes and grate a block of cheese. I don't care for shredded cheese in a bag. I also make my own salsa verde. I boil tomatillos, with jalapenos, a serrano pepper, and a poblano pepper. Blend those together with garlic and salt and about 3/4 cup of the water that was used to boil with. Salsa turns  out perfect.

@Elvis9 hold UP!! Isnt it taco Tuesdays? Any how, i dont recall ever eating taco before. Not really a thong here but i have seen the shells instore

@ShaunZAR, whoa!, you never had a taco? Mexican food is my favorite, I  am guessing there are no Mexican restaurants in South Africa

@Elvis9 no not really. I think there are Taco Bells in the major cities. Here is a lot of chinese restaurants  (not my fav)

@ShaunZAR, taco bell will give you diarrhea

Smothered burritos, meat of your choice cooked in burrito seasoning,  black beans, sour cream, cheese, line up in a glass pan, cover with a light amount enchilada sauce,  then a decent amount of cheese,  put in the oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
