That OUI charge is weird in a murder case ... why not tack on a jaywalking or spitting on the sidewalk charge too?  lol.  The CW has to get her charged with something!!

The jury-slip and jury instructions are shit.  Even running them through ChatGPT didn't really clear up how to fill it in based on what jurors might think.  Plus it's probably unconstitutional to not protect accused from double-jeopardy. 

This case should be scary to Americans and once done there should be a long hard look at corruption in Mass and the judicial system.

All the other cops that were partying were DUI also?  One drove to the police station and moved cars in the parking lot DUI also!  Such bullshit.  Also they really didn't give evidence in the trial about DUI just that they claim she did.

Oh I guess they found her not guilty. Now she can sue the state for wrongful prosecution.

Yup.  Pretty wild.  A LOT of drinking by pretty much everyone that night and then everyone drove home.  It's more common that most people think, but when the cops are the ones doing it, you know the corruption runs deep.
