I'm at work on my phone so I didn't have a chance to watch the video. Are they new maps or just existing maps that are darker? I will be honest, if they don't come out with new maps on bf4 sometime soon, I may just be done playing. I enjoyed the hard-line beta and with a few more modes/maps when it is released in March, that might just swing me to buy it. -
Ok, I've tried to play a bit and it is definitely growing on me...still don't understand or enjoy hotwire but it looks like there will be other modes that aren't bad. I'll probably end up buying as I'm just very bored/frustrated with BF4 and will be happy for a new game with different dynamics. Interesting concept and kind of a combination of multiple games like GTA, BF and a few others. Some of it even reminds me of my old Swat4 days about 10 years ago!

They definitely are going down the GTA play style with this one...the only mode I don't get is Hotwire. It seems weird to me. I really enjoy the heist mode and conquest is the same as BF4. The only thing I really don't like is that you can only upgrade weapons on either side...unless they will have it be universal eventually, that's a lot of cash to upgrade both criminal and police weapons. I haven't decided whether I'll be buying or not. May wait for the reviews to come out for the full game first.

I have the Logitech G35 and it is awesome...I'd recommend it depending on your budget. I'm a big fan of the Logitech gaming products for what it's worth, might sway my opinion.

Top 5 Favorite Battlefield 4 Maps

I think you do get two types of players depending on the maps...if you regularly have Metro and Locker, you will get a lot more of the nade/tube/etc. players who just camp and pad stats. A lot of good players don't tend to like those maps as much, just my opinion. I don't think you have both in a rotation if you are only picking top 5 unless you want a lot of those same players in the server or the people who will leave right after those maps are over. Just IMO. We want REGULARS who will stay on our server. Anyways, my top 5. 1. Zavod 2. Propaganda 3. Caspian 4. Paracel Storm 5. Metro/Locker (you have to have one of these in to keep some people happy) I like the idea of different modes or playing scrims, tourneys, etc. to mix it up. The US/EURO matchup we did months ago was fun going back and forth on maps and servers, etc. Maybe that type of thing in the public area, setting it up with registration ahead of time? Just a thought. -

I honestly think Dice's best move would be that re-release of classic maps from previous versions of BF. That's their only hope to get people back as so many have already moved on. I've started playing COD4 again just for something different. It's sad as I think BF4 is a great game but Dice has completely fucked up everything about it with all of the patches, shitty maps, etc.
