  1. Uh, sure buddy. Who are you again?
  2. did it. But keep it confidential so as not to hurt his feelings.
  3. Another change: If you type "dickhead" without the quotes, it turns the next guy you kill into a large penis when he respawns.
  4. No thanks Toes. Won't fit in my garage.
  5. Well, I went with the Nissan. It's the top-of-line SL and it's just so much more truck for the money. And at that, it was more than two grand cheaper than the Toyota. I got the best price from both; They were within $200 of each other at $27,200 (that's after $11,000 off for my Town & Country trade-in.) But with the Frontier that included tax and tags; with the Toyota Sport, that was before taxes and tags. And still, I called the Toyota salesman back and he wouldn't budge. So I called the Nissan salesman back and said that Toyota took $1,000 off their quote (they didn't) and if Nissan matched it, I'd buy today. They did, and so I did. The Nissan just felt better for me. There was something about the Sport where I had to hop a bit to get into it but I slid right into the Frontier. And I saw what Tw33dle Dee was talking about re. the transmission. It jerked a bit, while the Frontier was smooth. I pick it up Monday. Thanks for all your help!!!
  6. Problem is Ford doesn't make a compact truck and I don't want full size. But if I did, it would be a 150 for sure. Was leaning toward the Nissan because I get more truck for the money but we'll see. I'll be test driving both today and see what they give me for my trade. Thanks for comments.
  7. Tacoma Sport 4x2 double cab with premium and tech package: $35,295 sticker. Or Nissan Frontier SL 4x4: $35,485 sticker. About the same price and features, except that the Toyota is a 4x2 while the Frontier is a 4x4. Toyota comes with tri-fold tonneau cover. In large part this is going to come down to what they give me for a 2009 Town & Country LTD that has every bit of tech available at that time, with just 60,000 miles and in exceptional condition. But I've not yet made up my mind otherwise.

  10. So sorry Bill. Deepest sympathy.

  12. Hi Betty. Love it when Canadians kick our butt! My family - and my wife's - are all from Montreal area. Cheers...
  13. Terrible news. Such a tragedy. RIP Afroman.
  14. Happy Birthday!
  15. Wasn't an object; it was an energy burst. And it didn't exit the black hole itself, but came from an energy field surrounding it.
  16. Happy birthday Markoff.
  17. That's the thing Blackbard. I just don't know who I am. I never did. But I am going to cut back on the Geritol.
  18. After a great deal of thought and personal reflection, I changed my name from HarryWeezer>XI<, to, <>XI< (the Idiot formerly known as Harry Weezer.) Thank you Rockape for making that change for me. But then, after further thought and personal reflection, I changed it back again. Thank you Rockape for making that change for me. That is all.
  19. New rule: you must have permission to leave XI. And in your case, it will never be given. Thanks for all you do for the group Gatorgirl!!! You're greatly appreciated.
