Here're some options to look over to get a feel for what you might want. Black Friday & Cyber Monday are coming up, hold off for those deals. That's what I'm waiting on to build my next rig. Deals should be rolling in over the next couple weeks.

Bro, the 660 gpu released like 7 years ago... Even 500 dollars, Pounds, whatever over 7 years is a manageable upgrade schedule.

Being the GPU is the workhorse, you want the best you can for gaming, so that you're not taxing the cpu & producing a bottleneck on the graphics end of the deal.

Depends on the games you're playing, the resolution you're using, how many bells & whistles you have turned on & how far you have things like AA turned up, whether you're looking for performance & fps or eye candy. That link I posted a few posts above can be configured at the top of each column to see how the cards rank in each of those categories of price, value, performance. You can bench cards, see how cards stack up against each other; just about anything you want to investigate for your buying decision satisfaction.

In the spirit of realism, I think that people that cry too much should become dehydrated & move more slowly, with less coordination.

...when you give someone an explanation & it's still a mystery. =D An Rcxd, The Pegasus or AGM, The chosen-location airstrikes (brown missle avatar), The predator missile... any perk that makes you invisible... you stay invisible until it's timer runs out, then you come back- still invisible- for like 5 seconds. So you would need to know 1. At which location they "went into' this killstreak reward & 2. Then guess where they will reappear within a 5 second sprint radius of that location where they disappeared into the killstreak. Sometimes I will get an Rcxd then pruposely allow myself to be killed so I can earn a 2nd car. it's nice to have 2 or 3 cars for the end of a round, especially if your team is comprised of people that can't sit still during sudden death & like to die-off like flies during a cold snap.
