I think we need to stop the politics. I'm just asking because I think all my XI peeps are amazing. And to argue over this crap is 1.  Getting old and 2. Not good for friendships and ect. So really. Could we not?

Sorry if this was mentioned, but mandates in the US as I understand it have to be imposed if there are 100 or more employees.   Of course, that's typically a bunch of people to be around.  Those who don't want to get vaccinated under a mandate have the option to find a small business to work for that isn't doing mandates, but I think statistically speaking there is higher risk of catching and spreading COVID that way.  This still possibly allows people to feel they are not having their rights taken away.  Oh man are there a ton of small business out there that would hire anyone right now!  So much money up for grabs at this time.   
The "LARGE" business owners seem to have lost the choice, so we could consider them to have "lost some rights",  but OSHA imposes some sh-edit* standards sometimes that seems even more ridiculous than ensuring people are vaccinated....to me anyway.
Kids are required to have certain shots before they can go to public school?
The kennel won't let me keep my dogs there if they haven't had their shots.
This has been going on for as long as I know.
I tried to look at this from both sides, but have been unable to see the evil intent in requiring vaccinations in most cases.  I sort of landed on "the powers that be" trying to keep the most people safe, which is weird, cause I do enjoy me a conspiracy theory.  : )
I'll love you no matter what you choose to do though.
I feel really bad for people who have a legitimate fear of needles.
IceQueen mentioned, "Mama said life was like a box of chocolates."  Maybe they could just put it in those.  At least we'd the mandates would be to eat chocolate....sounds funner.

The cache is coming along nicely.  

Had to modify how I process them since I've moved to an apartment.  Once the hull is removed, I dump them in the bathtub to remove the bulk detritus; then fill a bucket 1/2-way with nut, top with water & agitate them with a paint mixer attachment fitted to my electric drill.  I dump the water & repeat about 5 times until the water runs mostly clear.  Then I set them in front of this box fan to dry for a couple days before curing them for a few fortnights in mesh bags; if stored in a cool, dry place they're good for at least a year or two.  Can grab some & crack them whenever.  If I've got extra time, I shell some & then vacuum seal & freeze them.

for my opinion its common sense that a business that work with people , like hospitals , schools and public or private transportations , asked theirs employees all been vaccinated ; its for safety of the workers and also for all users.
Your liberty stops when you are affecting my liberty , i want to be free and go where i can be safe and virus free .
In my place all these masks stuff and restrictions are still in effects because of the amount of sick poeple in hospital ICU who are close to 100 % non or not enough vaccinated...
