Is that what they call "Shepard's Pie?" I saw a show on "Bizarre Foods" that showed some Brits making shepard's pie, resplendant with swine organ meats and fat and made into a pie. Looked yummy to me--if you add enough of the right spices, you can make almost anything taste good. I'd gladly try it, but my "Gout Foods to Avoid" chart says to steer clear of organ meats. Sigh.
