    Again what game ?? When a download drops to 10 or 12 kbps its because your getting the map directly from the game server. You are suppose to get bumped over to the redirect for them.

    open dns is a great way to filter the internet for kids. https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/ It is possible your provider has secured everything on there router and you have to call them to get them to open it up. Or use there router as a modem and use another router to route your traffic.

    It was probably an odd combination of two many fx happening at the same time. My guess from what you said your muzzle flashes and his plus what ever else was happening caused the error. Game engine overload Happens but is rare

    These glitches are an easy solve. We have a lot of maps not a lot of players. Lets keep this in mind.
