Another suggestion I'm sure will fall on deaf ears. Make your sniper maps one you can reach both sides. I played in one of our 3 on 3 tourneys a couple of years ago with a similar format. What happened was a sniper team would go up by a frag or two and they would just hide behind barriers and sit on the lead. It was really cool to just sit there and wait for the clock to run out.

The person I called a pussy is the same person who consistently sits on spawn spots. It wasn't anything about his style or lack of. I know it happens time to time on smaller maps. If your moving around a spawn area is not that big of a deal either. This individual sits there prone constantly. The last time I checked that was supposed to be against server policy. Which if it is a policy it isn't being upheld. If you read it correctly I called the airstrikes spam. (which it is) The gunship comment had nothing to do with shooting it down. (which I know how to do) It was how it promotes people playing like a bunch of vaginas looking for that kill streak. Which in my opinion makes for a pretty boring game.
