Any one needing help-- I have been a tech for 25 years---master ASE/CHRYSLER AND GM. Owned own shop for ten years. Also did

online diagnostics for awhile previously. More than happy to help!! Please include  info and good description of the problem.

1. make/ model/ year

2.miles and engine size

3.description of problem and if anything has been done to it (the more info, the easier the diagnostic and more accurate)

Thanks Rock, lotta good people here. I have been blessed in a lot of ways---just tryin to pass it on.

I just want to add also that if anyone would like a second opinion on repair estimate $$ before they get them done I can do that also.

Just for peace of mind that they are not overpaying for repairs. It's tough out there right now and every dollar counts!

COOL BUD! When I first opened my shop here in Colorado thats what I did--emissions, driveability repair. I was going around to different shops at night and fixing the cars they couldn't figure out, then one day I fixed the right guy's car and he backed me financially to open my own. I was like the first driveability shop in co. springs --we wore labcoats. and everything lol

Question: Why do they say that? Tire wear? pulling/drifting?

Do you have stock tires/lifted?

You can set toe yourself with a tape measure-kinda crude but sounds like you have another issue- it shouldn't keep losing toe adjust. If you could give me a little more info. -------------------Answering those ???'s would help alot.

There is a TSB for offset balljoints TSB 02-001-02- but that would affect caster/camber, also the factory steering stabilizer shock on those is a piece of shit- we always replace them at Jeep with a heavy duty Rancho(They are actually less expensive than the junk one you get at Jeep) Give me some more info and I will check back when I get to work

113361815.gifThat might be a good one for bud, but can you swap the new  02 with one of the other 02's just to eliminate the new sensor as being bad out of the box?=i have seen that.check your resistance on both the heater low circuit and the voltage circuit between there and pcm--should be no more than 3 ohms on either. If both those check out you could be looking at a pcm failure. I dont see any bulletins but BUDMAN works at chevy and probably has access to any NEW software issues--they post them seperately so only gm techs have access and i dont have that anymore.

OK I got a 2000 Blazer LT 6 cyl that about 75% of the time has low power when its in the first cold start loop. And it does not seem to matter if its warmed up or cold. Just for about the first 1 1/2 mins after you start it. I have a scanner on my laptop and cannot see anything out of the ordinary. No codes at all, did Replace an O2 sensor about 6 months ago, and fuel pump a bit before that,  but it was doing it before that. Had a tune-up etc. no difference.

Im stumped!

That could be a tough one NUT, again maybe another good one for Budman. But those had A LOT of problems with the injector poppets plugging up,leaking. GM has an upper engine cleaner that they spray in the intake and let set,as well as cleaning the poppets directly like the fuel inj. svc you normally get. Sometimes they can leak--also I have seen the fuel pressure regulator leak(it is internal in the intake manifold)Do you see any black smoke until it starts re-gaining power? 1 way to check is to open the throttle plates and have someone turn key-on-engine off while you watch down inside throttle body and see if you see fuel leaking anywhere inside. Almost bet it is one or the other. That "spider" (as we call it) is a piece of crap.I think they might even have a conversion kit to make it MFI instead of SFI.but prob. expensive. Might get you a can of that upper engine clean from gm and try running a can of BG44K through the tank, especially if you dont see fuel leak in manifold.

First of all Mr Danko what are the amp reading on the scan tool ? 2nd does this truck have remote start ? (after market).

Is this an aftermarket o2 sensor or G.M. and the ignition should be off for 10 hours for proper resistance test of the heater circuit.

And always use dielectric grease on all connectors....... check connector at ecm/pcm and apply grease.

Test these circuits the ho2s hearter low control circuit and the ingintion 1 voltage circuit should be 3 oms

feel free to hit me up anytime. Oh by the way how often does this occur.................................

Yes alot of trucks/cars have e85 option which has a sensor that detechs how much and pcm/vcm adjust as needed......

well that can go screwy and somtimes needs to be reset if not will cause lean and or rich conditions that make no sense

because computor is doing what it is told too. what a lot of peeps dont know is that 1 gal of gas goes much further than 1 gal of

e85.... and hear in fl methenal is going up to 15 % instead of the 10% we are use to and is going to affect fuel milage something you may need to know 1 day one.ThingI get alot of because of peeps coming down south dont understand there are different mix for winter and summer fuels, and causing driveability concerns for sure. note the hell with typing shit hit me up on x fire ..lol

ok anytime
