Version 2.0 has added the ability to set cpu usage during scanning(defaults to 50%),a heuristic scanning engine,network traffic inspection(only in Vista and 7) and Internet Explorer and Windows firewall integration.

Run it in junction with the free Malwarebytes, and spywareblaster. I do recommend changing the scheduled scan type to a "full" scan. it doesn't find much on the quick setting, even on known infected pc's, but the full will find it if it's there.
