Sorry Nick but of the first eight of these "facts," five are false. So I would suspect many of the rest are as well. It is not true, for instance, that:

- there's a Superman in every episode of Seinfeld

- that a quack doesn't echo

- that Holly's death plane was named "American Pie"

- that the kings in a deck of cards are those cited

- that one in every five interstate miles had to be straight for use as airstrips.
