his voice over the years.... will be missed like Bob Hope.

 

Wish they did not bring him back after the stroke.. almost made a spectacle out of him but I still enjoyed seeing him.

I will miss him too! He was one of the main reasons the music scene is what it is today! He took it(rock & roll) beyond being an evil form of music to house hold music!

Damn, not many of the greats are left now, Jerry Lewis and Dick Van Dyke are still here but rarely seen.

 

Dick Clark, Johnny Carson, Ed McMahon, George Burns, Jackie Gleason, Bob Hope I've watched them all go in such a short time. I will miss them all, they gave me a lot of laughs over the years.

 

How unfortunate it is, that when they go, America loses another piece of it's wholesome decency that never gets replaced. RIP Dick
