I also believe it is heresy to adulterate a bacon sarnie with sauce. Bauernfrühstück hasn't been offered at any of the German hotels at which I have stayed and I am not sad. Not often I seen the shape of yours though. Your is a short fat think one. Wonder which one feels better..... a long skinny thin one, or a short fat think one. humm.... We tend to eat back bacon in the UK (my preference is smoked but unsmoked is popular also).
