Those won't blow up in your hand because the upper was still an upper and not printed. Anyway there are so many ways to build guns without a licensed receiver it is not funny. You can build tube guns with a piece of tubing and a ww2 parts kit. It is not illegal, but it is not for everybody either. I am currently building a British Sterling 9mm submachine gun into a semi auto to meet ATF requirements. The receiver is nothing more than a piece of 1.5 inch diameter 4130 steel tubing. The best part is the 34 round magazine! Awards
