I only read Janey's posts because of the sig lol

You can have the Rad's repaired, which in the uk is a huge saving and almost as good as a new one. You just get to keep the flies and bugs that way 8P

I like the sig, too. Went on a date last night and had a nice cuddle,(no, not sex... I'm a nice "bad girl") but I think he wants to be spanked more than I do...LOL.

And I will get the rad fixed, honestly, just completely broke right now and not sure when I will be able to. Worker's comp company is still fighting me on fixing my wrist and paying workers comp. Unemployment barely covers rent and meds. Thank goodness for food stamps or I wouldn't eat...lol.  Things will get better someday, I know... Today's just kicking my ass...LOL

Janey what is the sub model ....Ex Dx Lx or Se that may make a difference but you can order from this website with free delivery and installation should be around 50 bucks  + coolant cost around another 20 bucks

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com

Have used them in the past and had good service with fast delivery...

on a side note careful not to over heat the car or the repairs could be far more in cost

@loader

I keep searching this site but the lease they want is about $80, which I don't have. it sucks not having a car. even if i could find a new job I couldn't get to itt. and forget about shopping for groceries. but thanks for the tip anyway.

If anyone either knows of one cheaper or has an extra one laying around... please hit me up.

hey guys, new problem with my car. I haven't been driving it and the battery went dead. A friend just tried to jump it, twice, and it wouldn't take a charge. When I turn the key, nothing happens.

any ideas?

I need my car running as I have to move out of my son's house on labor day weekend. I don't know what I'm going to do, my life is so fucked up.

*Edit: my friend must have done it wrong because my brother Johnny just jumped it and it's running again.

LOL i did a permanent repair to a radiator when i was younger.... permanent cuz the only way to remove it was to grind it off.... I took epoxy tooling resin and poured it over the crack.... resin has decent expansion and great adhesion. plus it transfers heat quite well...

Janey stay away from pepper unless you're cooking, you need a permanent solution. Look for a used radiator at your local recycled auto parts shop, and  get a mechanic on Craigslist. This is an easy fix Good luck

Can of blacker pepper works wonders for a temp repair depends on the size of the leak......

and has no adverse effects to the cooling system.
