Had the car driver stopped at that time it would have been his word against all the bikers, but having to leave the scene automatically makes it a felony, unless he felt he/his family were in immediate danger which could be argued in court. Strangely, the You Tube video supports the car drivers case. Good God, I've sunk to the lowly status of sounding like a lawyer.
