With a coronal mass ejection now impacting our magnetic field, there are some in this country

hoping to see the aurora but I think they will be disappointed.  It takes a very big geomagnetic

storm to bring the light show this far south!

Always wanted to see the Northern lights, maybe one day :hope:  thought i was gonna see the midnight sun once, was on a Baltic Cruise from school back in 1972 and when we were in Oslo the fucking teachers made us all go to bed at 9.30 pm and locked all the portholes up while they all went on deck to watch it...set of tossers

many years ago i was up in northern Wisconsin and was sitting out by the fire getting stoned when i saw what looked like spot lights shining up to the sky. then they started to change color and then it went all crazy, was very cool and something i won't forget, was told that day the solar flares where going off big, even the locales were saying it was a rare site to see it so big!
