My laptop will not save boot priorities. I can get it to boot properly if I go into the UEFI and choose the correct drive and sometimes it will boot automatically into the correct drive. I thought at first it was the cmos battery but I am not getting any beeping or on screen warnings or any other symptoms of a bad cmos battery. What could this possibly be? Awards

It saves the time still just not the boot priorities, which is why I find it weird. Awards

Most likely! @@fireurza check the voltage of the little battery on the mobo. If it's under 3V then replace it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CR2032_battery
