I got a new monitor. its a Samsung 4K 28 inch. I set it at 3840 x 2160 with 75 Hz, My graphics is a   Radeon R 9 370 4 gb. why in the world do I freeze up in the game and have a hard time just loading it ... shit drives me nuts!!

Any info would be appreciated.

have you tried to lower the res and see if it still does it? and go with 60 Hz or 120 Hz

yep change back to 60 hz not the 75 hz

What are you doing running 4K on a R7 370!? The R7 370 can barely play most games at 1080p at ultra settings.... It is your video card, not your monitor's hz.

 

75 hz vs 60 hz will not be noticeable in performance.

 

Drop your resolution!

If you want 4K performance you need at the very least a R9 390X or GTX 980

R9 370 is not recommended for 4K gaming. Not even the R9 380X is recommended for 4K gaming.

 

Running 4K on a R9 370 is equivalent to running 4K on a GTX 760 or R9 270X

 

Also the R7 370 is the exact same card as the R9 370. The R9 370X just has a higher clock speed than the R7 370.
