Television doesn't offer much for viewing pleasure anymore. Aside from a couple of shows (Road Kill Garage for one) been hitting the old classics to bridge the gap between dinner & morning coffee. Been hooked on westerns lately, and movies that feature Dan Duryea in particular. This shot is from Ride Clear of Diablo, Audie Murphy is supposed to be the star, but Dan stole every scene.

A lot of old movies to choose from and I suppose this week I will pick out one. Will depend on what mood I am in. Havent seen The Maltese Falcon or The Big Sleep in many years so might go for that. Or one of the early Hitchcock movies.

Love all versions of the Thirty Nine steps, and the book, and cowboys ( we still allowed to call them that ? not cowpersons ?)

Forget the persons, you just offended the cows associating them with people.

Film noir was the rage back then too, everybody got into it. Criss Cross with Burt Lancaster & ❤️ Yvonne De Carlo.

Dan seemed to play the same character in a lot of his films.  Love those old westerns though

Is the simple term 'cheerleader' going to go away for some reason? I hope not.
