Tossed two chicken breasts in the skillet, olive oil & low heat. Tired of sliced meat, so I put a small pot on w/half a cup of ketchup, two heaping spoonfuls of brown sugar, little white vinegar, little malted vinegar, salt, pepper, & cayenne for kicks. Cut the breasts up, dropped them in the pot with the makeshift concoction, and pulled them apart with a fork while simmering. Chicken on toasted wheat, mustard & mayonnaise, and lettuce to top. Damn, wish I had written that recipe down, because I'm looking forward to lunch. Anyone have favorites for home-made BBQ sauces? Hunter1948, TBB, WeednFeed and 2 others 5 Awards

I was throwing together a concoction for lunch while doing chores. BDS was engaged in a labor of love cooking for the family. If I had a bottle of BBQ sauce on the shelf I would've used it, but as usual, I'm short an ingredient when the mood strikes. loaderXI 1 Awards
