Never tried bacon coated with corn meal.  I use bacon grease when I make corn bread, so prolly similar flavor.

It's pork cured pork loin and then rolled in corn meal. You can slice it and cook on a BBQ or frying pan. I like to keep it whole and cook it then slice. It's good for breakfast or dinner or a sandwich. Google it, it's really good maybe a Canadian thing.
